Video duration: 59 seconds At the time I thought this was just strong outflow wind, but upon reviewing my video I think a weak tornado MAY have crossed the road in front of me. There is a lowering and some rotation in the clouds, and although I can't tell if there is rotation in the dust cloud, its nearly vertical edges suggest that possibility.
